He received a medical degree from the Free University of Brussels in 1990. He then specialised in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. Thus, since 1996 he has been officially recognised as a plastic surgeon by the Belgian Ministry of Public Health.

Since then, he has been working with multidisciplinary teams to carry out treatments at both public and private hospitals. In so doing, he collaborates with world-renowned surgeons and has acquired particular expertise in reconstructive surgery, including breast surgery.
